Chris Poulin

"Chris Poulin has over 35 years of experience in information security and currently serves as the Director of Customer Advocacy and Principal Architect for BitSight. In his role, Chris guides enterprises in assessing risk metrics and managing third-party relationships. He brings a breadth of thought leadership and technical experience to his customer relationships.
Prior to BitSight, Chris served in a variety of both technical and executive roles, including Principal/Director at Booz Allen Hamilton, Research and Security Strategist at IBM, Chief Security Officer at Q1 Labs, and CEO of his own boutique consultancy. Chris is also a long-standing faculty member of IANS, an information security advisory and consulting firm, supporting forums at roundtable discussions, focus topics, and one-to-one discussions.
In addition, Chris is involved in several volunteering and mentorship opportunities in the cybersecurity industry, including The Cybersecurity Factory, the Security of Things Forum, and the Mass Technology Leadership Council."
