Dell EMC (EMC Corporation until 2016) is an American multinational corporation headquartered in Hopkinton, Massachusetts,[2] and Round Rock, Texas, and is a subsidiary of Dell Technologies. EMC acquired Iomega in 2008, and a 2013 partnership with Lenovo resulted in the rebranding of Iomega as LenovoEMC. EMC was acquired by Dell in 2016, which led to the joint venture with Lenovo dissolving.
