What do you do at Bitsight and how long have you worked here?
I manage our Vendor Access program, helping customers collaborate and communication with their vendors and business partners. I have been at Bitsight 3.5 years.
How did you get into Customer Success?
The CSM team was growing and I was particularly interested in vendor risk management and helped create a new role for the CSM team.
What challenges you the most at Bitsight?
The Vendor Access program isn't a 'one size fits all' program. Every customer has different expectations of their vendors or business partners so managing those expectations can be very challenging. However, this is also a really fun part of the job as well. There aren't many jobs where you learn about so many different vendor risk management programs.
What is your favorite thing about Bitsight?
The people and collaboration. The culture at Bitsight is incredible. I love working with so many different departments and so many different types of people.
What is the most important thing you learned at Bitsight?
To be outspoken. When you work in such a fast paced environment, it is so important to share ideas, opinions, and knowledge. Someone else may not have thought of a solution the way you have.
What is your favorite quote?

What do you like to do for fun?
Teach Yoga, go to concerts, my two dogs, trying new foods.
