Director of Worldwide Channel and Partner Alliances Carla Morss Recognized as One of CRN’s 2016 Women of the Channel
Bitsight Technologies, the standard in Security Ratings, today announced significant momentum for its Global Channel Partner Program. Bitsight now has more than 50 partners across the globe, including value-added resellers, systems integrators, consulting firms and technology alliance partners, who enable customers to understand their security posture, as well as how to incorporate Bitsight Security Ratings into their larger security and risk management strategy.
The Bitsight Security Rating Platform generates objective, outside-in ratings on companies’ security performance. Using evidence of security outcomes from networks around the world, Bitsight applies sophisticated algorithms to produce daily security ratings. The Global Channel Partner Program makes it easy for reputable technology vendors to grow new revenue streams and expand their margin by reselling or complementing Security Ratings with additional technology and services.
“In order for Security Ratings to be impartial, Bitsight relies on a global network of channel partners to provide remediation services that address issues uncovered through Bitsight Security Ratings,” said Carla Morss, director of worldwide channel and partner alliances. “A significant portion of our channel is driven by partners that have built professional services around Bitsight for preventative vendor risk management, internal forensics and benchmarking, with the aim to improve overall security posture and thus the ratings.”
