Job Title: Bitsight Advisor & Customer Success Manager

Location: Philadelphia, PA

What do you do at Bitsight and how long have you worked here?
I am an advisor which means that on behalf of my clients, I collaborate with their vendors to provide Bitsight training and remediation strategy. I also provide high-level third party risk management strategy.

I’ve been at Bitsight for 2 years.

How did you get into Customer Success?
I started as an Account Manager at a tech startup in New York, called Adaptly. From there, I was promoted to Customer Success Manager. I have been working in the Customer Success world for SaaS companies ever since! I love building relationships and being a strategic asset for my clients. Every day comes with an opportunity to teach and learn.

What challenges you the most at Bitsight?
Staying up to date with all of our product releases! The product team constantly introduces new technologies and concepts to help our clients. Luckily, this gives me a lot of opportunities to learn and in turn, train my clients.

What is your favorite thing about Bitsight?
The people! We have the most brilliant, resilient and hard working team around. The people here can tackle challenges and laugh along the way.

What is the most important thing you learned at Bitsight?
I’ve learned quite a bit about product, technology and people, but I was most surprised to learn how much I like Boston! Coming from Philly, I didn’t see that coming!

What is your favorite quote?
“Do or do not, there is no try.” Yoda

What do you like to do for fun?
I like to hike, feed my sourdough starter, play with my baby, and these days… nap!

What was the last book you read?
Cribsheet by Emily Oster, I highly recommend it to all new and expecting parents. Sadly, the last couple of books I’ve read have revolved around babies and parenting. I don’t hate it!
