Structured Interviewing
We use a programmatic approach known as Structured Interviewing, which provides precision and reduces unconscious bias when assessing a candidate's capabilities. By asking predefined behavioral questions aligned with our competency and leadership models, we focus on skills, experience, and qualifications—rather than personal backgrounds or connections. This ensures a fair evaluation of each candidate's potential for success at Bitsight.

Bitsight Mentor Program
By pairing employees with more experienced colleagues, mentees are able to strengthen their confidence, expand their relationships, and receive practical and professional guidance to propel them forward in their careers.

Culture

Our Diversity Advisory Council is a cross-functional group of mid and high-level employees from around the world with the mission to create and foster a diverse, inclusive, and equitable environment.

To encourage diversity of thought, our DEIB Spotlight Program offers a series of presentations and events that educate us—because our differences make us stronger.

And as our global footprint continues to expand, we designed a Cultural Intelligence Program to highlight how our different cultures impact the way we work and communicate.
